Anima Mundi uses an image from the figurative tradition as a support for a second narrative. The classical face remains legible but is continuously interrupted by contemporary signs and apparitions.

The contrast between academic chiaroscuro and freer interventions is the true core of the work. Neither component completely cancels out the other.

Its compact size makes it suitable for a desk, a small wall, or a composition with other works on paper.
