The Ride of Dreams is a Moroccan naïve painting signed Mabchour, the first in a collection of six works. A large black and white rooster carries two figures against a bright pink background, creating a dreamlike scene with strong graphic contrast.

Product Description

The rooster takes up most of the surface and is treated almost like a large totemic figure. On its back appear two characters who seem to be carried towards an undefined destination.

Mabchour limits the rooster to black and white and uses the deep pink of the background to create the true contrast of the work.

Its small size and Okoumé frame allow it to be easily placed on a shelf, in a bookcase or as part of a folk art composition.

Do not wet. Dust with a soft, completely dry cloth.

The charm of handmade and time
