“Doppio Rame” Necklace

Doppio Rame (Double Copper) comes from the combination of two visually similar but different metals. Brass builds the main structure with a relatively essential surface; copper, on the other hand, introduces more decorated, engraved, and chiseled elements.

Light highlights the two types of workmanship differently. On the opaque base, it remains more diffused, while the raised parts of the copper produce reflections and small shadows that make the piece more three-dimensional.

Its dimensions of 7 × 7 centimeters give it a clearly sculptural presence without excessive weight. It can be worn over linen, wool, and monochromatic fabrics or directly on the skin, allowing the metals to define the focal point.
