Non Voglio is a decorative majolica plate hand-painted by Artema Galli. The profiles of a lady and a knight facing opposite directions create a small narrative scene on an ivory and ochre background, following the ceramic tradition of Santo Stefano di Camastra.

Product Description

The plate becomes a small stage. The two characters are close enough to belong to the same scene, but their opposing gazes suggest a distance and construct the meaning of the title.

Artema Galli uses black lines to define profiles and concentrates color in a few elements: ochre, green, and deeper tones. The majolica surface remains as prominent as the figures.

*Non Voglio* can be displayed on a wall or vertically on a console, even alongside other works from the series without transforming the composition into a dinner service.
