Contrasti Viventi is a designer ceramic vase by Luana Baglì, entirely hand-shaped, decorated, and glazed.

Vertical stripes and black polka dots coexist on the same surface, while the deliberately asymmetrical base breaks the graphic order. A unique piece balancing geometry, movement, and spontaneity.

Product Description

Contrasti Viventi ("Living Contrasts") comes from the juxtaposition of two graphic systems. The vertical lines follow the development of the vase and accentuate its upward movement; the black polka dots, on the other hand, introduce a freer rhythm, similar to a succession of notes distributed on the surface.

The base is not perfectly regular and prevents the composition from becoming excessively rigid. Luana Baglì uses this asymmetry as part of the design: the vase seems to find its balance through a slight movement, relating order and spontaneity.

The decoration changes according to the viewing angle and invites you to rotate the piece. It can be displayed on a bookshelf, a coffee table or a console, left alone or accompanied by a single stem that does not hide the design.

Use and care

Contrasti Viventi can be used as a decorative sculpture or a single-flower vase. For a fresh flower, it is advisable to insert a waterproof test tube. Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid aggressive detergents, dishwashers and impacts.
