Product Description

The Soul's Sail (La Vela dell’Anima) originates from the relationship between the geometry of the weave and a deliberately rapid and directional painting style. Carlo Farsetti uses the surface of the bag as an imperfectly flat canvas: the color passes through the fibers, follows their variations, and makes the painting part of the structure.

The composition does not literally represent a Capri landscape. Instead, the reference to the island comes through movement: oblique lines, blue and green color fields, and a feeling of openness that evokes wind, sea, and a taut sail.

Its ample shape allows it to be used during the day, while its pictorial character makes it sufficiently autonomous to transform into a decorative element when not being worn. It pairs particularly well with white linen, denim, black, or natural tones.

Use and Care

Protect the bag from water, rain, and humidity. Avoid persistent rubbing on the painted areas and do not overload or deform the weave. When not in use, store it in its dust bag, maintaining its shape.
