Product Description

This sculpture reinterprets the classic basket form through the material language of Sejnane raw clay. Its low, circular architecture is punctuated by hand-modeled vertical ribs, which add volume and create a magnetic play of shadows along the circumference. The surface boasts a deep, opaque black, achieved through traditional ancestral firing in contact with straw smoke, giving the clay an ancient, almost ferrous presence. A perfect piece as a sculptural centerpiece on a low table or console, where light can caress and define the rhythms of the material.
