Fish Memory #4 is a tropical hand-carved and painted wooden fish sculpture, the last piece of a series of four recovered in Marrakech. The blue body is crossed by red and yellow accents, while the surface retains a lived-in patina.

Product Description

Memory Fish #4 concludes the short series with a more elongated, blue-dominated figure. The color is broken up by yellow and red accents and the more worn tones of the fins.

The carving and expression remain deliberately simple: the eye and large mouth are rendered with a few strokes, yet these are enough to give the object a very distinct personality.

It can be displayed independently or reunited with the other three elements to complete the sequence.

Use and care

Do not wet the wood. Dust only with a soft, completely dry cloth.

The charm of handmade and time

The irregular shapes, painting, and patina are part of the sculpture's material history. Time has modified the surface without erasing the original gesture.
