Soffio di Sejnane is a Sejnane ceramic bottle vase, hand-shaped by Habiba. The rounded body supports a long, slender neck, creating a light, vertical silhouette.

The sandy, grey, and black hues come from firing under straw, while shell polishing gives the surface a subtle luster.

Product Description

Soffio di Sejnane is defined primarily by its proportions. The rounded body occupies the lower part and concentrates the visual weight; the neck, on the other hand, emerges thin and continuous, elongating the shape upwards like a mark drawn in space.

The surface accompanies this movement. In the widest part, the shadows produced by the smoke are more visible and create transitions from beige to dark grey. Moving up the neck, the colour becomes lighter, and the polishing with sea shells subtly reflects the light without concealing the texture of the clay.

Thanks to its contained base, the vase can also be placed on narrow shelves, consoles, and small sideboards. It can hold a single dried branch, chosen to ideally extend the line of the neck, or be left completely empty.

Use and care

Terracotta is porous and not glazed internally. Do not pour water into the vase; use only dry arrangements. For cleaning, a soft, completely dry cloth is sufficient.

Small variations in the axis, profile, and smoking make each piece unique.
