Product Description

Form meets void to create a breathing sculpture. This perforated sculptural Vase, conceived and shaped by the artist Hanene's vision, is a material exploration of absence. The solid cylindrical wall has been intentionally perforated with large circular openings, a decisive artisanal gesture that transforms the container into an open architecture, similar to an archaic lantern. Each cut, with its irregular and lively edges, makes the work a unique, unrepeatable piece, allowing light to penetrate and fragment within it.

Dominating the visual synthesis is a chromatic contrast of extraordinary intensity: the ash-grey pallor of the light clay is literally swallowed by a deep smoky black stain, an indelible trace of the vivid flame unleashed during open-air firing. This wild and burnt materiality gives the object a magnetic soul. Conceived to be a charismatic design accent within sophisticated environments, this perforated sculptural vase establishes an uninterrupted dialogue with space, casting shadows and capturing gazes in a powerful silent narrative dedicated to the strength of primordial elements.
