Organic Genesis is a designer vase made of grey ceramic, hand-moulded with a complex scaly texture inspired by the structure of a pinecone.

Four slender openings emerge from the central volume, transforming the vase into a small organic architecture. The glossy grey glaze accentuates reliefs, depths, and surface variations.

Product Description

Genesi Organica is inspired by the observation of plant structures. The compact body is covered by numerous overlapping scales, individually sculpted to create a dense, three-dimensional surface. The shape is reminiscent of a pinecone but is reinterpreted through more abstract and monumental proportions.

From the upper part emerge four separate openings, arranged like elements of a small architectural piece. The storm grey glaze pools in the deeper areas and brightens on the raised sections, highlighting the rhythm of the craftsmanship and making the surface appear different from every viewing angle.

The vase can be left completely empty or can hold four very simple dried stems. Due to its weight and size, it requires a stable surface: a deep credenza, a central table, or a raw wooden base will enhance the contrast between the glossy ceramic and natural materials.

This piece is created outside of mass production. Slight variations in shape, surface, and color are authentic traces of manual work and make each piece unique. A design accent selected by Vicode, intended to interact with space and enrich it with materiality, character, and authenticity.
